Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Clients,
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible care and attention, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for ANY cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Failure to provide adequate notice WILL result in a 50% missed-appointment fee, as this time could have been allocated to another client in need of services. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, and your understanding helps maintain the quality of service everyone deserves. No-Shows will result in 100% fee of the service you were scheduled for.
